Food Preservation Class: Water Bath Canning Enjoy your delicious, fresh produce now and later. Participants will learn how to successfully and safely preserve food with a focus on water bath canning. This class will meet in the Tyler House kitchen with a hands-on demonstration of preparing jelly.
