
About this Event
Join us at our office for our hands-on food preservation classes as we preserve the bounty of the season. These classes involve a powerpoint presentation with information on the science and safety behind fermentation followed by a hands-on activity with time for discussion and questions along the way. All supplies will be provided. Take-home fermentation kit included. Registration is required and seats are limited.
