Join the Morven Sustainability Lab for a demo related to traditional food preservation techinques. In this practical workshop, you'll learn essential canning skills by working with fresh, season produce to preserve pickles, tomoatoes, or salsa. Whether you're new to preservation or looking to refine your technique, you'll leave with both jarred goods to take home and the knowledge to continue preserving produce in your own kitchen.
Two Sessions Available:
- Morning Session: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
