Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook two authentic dishes from our Moghal menu: Murgh Makhani; this translates as butter chicken and is the dish that inspired the Ango-Indian favourite chicken tikka masala. Though a modern classic it’s roots lie in the tikkas and qormas from the Moghal cuisine of North India. We’ll also make an aromatic jewelled pilau to go with it and demonstrate a delicious dal and some Nawabi Naan.
