FOOD MATTERS in Washington DC - A FREE Nutrition Series Class - open to ALL
Come join us for a fun and informative nutrition series class at the Francis A. Gregory Neighborhood Library in Washington DC! Come chat all about the importance of food and nutrition in our daily lives and how we can eat in a way that supports our health and "defies" common diseases we see on the rise in the community. Whether you're a health enthusiast or just looking to learn more about eating well, this event is perfect for you. The series run weekly in March, and will start on Mar 05 2025 at 1PM!
- Class One (3/5): Healthy Dietary Patterns
- Class Two (3/12): Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping and Goal setting
- Class Three (3/19): Navigating the Nutrition Facts Label + Protein!
- Class Four (3/26): Fruits, Vegetables and Grains... Oh My!
