About this Event
Women have a complex relationship with food - shaped by years of mixed messages and emotional associations. It’s easy to fall into a negative cycle of restriction, guilt, and frustration.
This 3 x hour workshop is led by 2 x female PTs and Food Freedom coaches. We have been on our own journey with food and are now passionate about helping others. We believe women deserve real, practical advice on how to:
- Understand the way your brain and body respond to food
- Learn the core principles of balanced nutrition
- Build sustainable, healthy habits
- Use environment cues and hacks to support long-term success
- Finally break free from the yo-yo dieting cycle
