We’ve created a workshop to educate professional caregivers, families, and patients on the difference between observation and judgment. This presentation is designed to help attendees understand the appropriate time to use each observation or judgment. Understanding and knowing the difference gives us an advantage while caring for someone or being on the receiving end of care. We will tie this training into our We Honor Veterans Program, introducing coping skills and management tools to guide us in managing our response to issues and individuals.FREE CEU for those who attend the entire presentation.
