Mark your calendars! Nov 8, 2025 is Food For Strings at Uptown Music. We are partnering with D'Addario and Co. & Guitars for Vets - Salem, OR to bring you our Annual Fall Event. From 10 AM - 3 PM, bring in your 6-string, steel-string Acoustic or Electric Guitar along with 4 cans of food and we will restring your guitar with a new set of strings for FREE! There are ways for Bass, Ukulele, and other fretted-string players to get involved, so give us a call or stop by for information. All food donations will go straight to our local Keizer Community Food Bank. We will also have Old Brown Coat here performing during the day! Have more than 1 guitar?
