Mothers day in Hungary is celebrated on the first Sunday of May, just like in many other countries, here in America is the second Sunday of May. This means we are very lucky to celebrate twice.
We celebrate with: Prayers, vegetable soup, roast pork, baked chicken, parleyed potatoes and sautéed cabbage with bacon.
