with Chef Steve Brunner
Wanting to share with you the 3 weeks he spent in Italy this summer Steve is back with a taste of Sorento & the Amalfi coast. The menu includes:
- Assorted meats, cheese, & oils from the region
- Caprese salad - w Fresh Mozzarella & pesto making
- Polpette - "Italian meatballs that conquer the world "
- Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Potato pasta w a quick easy - cheesy tomato sauce.
- Delizie Limone - Lemon delights w Limoncello
This class will be a combination of class participation w 'hands on cooking', as well as chef demos & tastings.
Suggested wine pairings: (We do not provide wine, you may BYOB)
- Chianti Classico - Red
- Verdicchio - White
The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
