Operating in a Commerical Kitchen
Join Ederique Goudia Eastern Market Incubator Kitchen Manager, at the Ypslianti Farmers Market Place, for a comprehensive 2-hour session that will provide insights to successfully navigate the ins and outs of working in a shared commercial kitchen. This workshop will include information on licensing and regulations, licensing application and supporting documents, kitchen etiquette, best practices, food safety protocols, and available shared commercial kitchens in the area for your food business. This event will be capped off with a guided tour of the Growing Hope Incubator Kitchen led by Deante Bland, Growing Hope Incubator Kitchen Manager.
Growing Hope is offering on-site childcare during the workshop in our incubator kitchen, where kids can participate in fun, hands-on food and gardening activities led by our experienced youth staff.
