Food, Beverage and Retail Concessions Opportunities Workshop

The Norfolk Airport Authority will be soliciting proposals through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process during the second quarter of 2025 to update the food, beverage and retail program at ORF in 2026.

The RFP will include food and beverage offerings from national name brands as well as popular local brands that can be operated effectively in a quick-paced airport environment. For retail, the venues should include products that are regularly used by the traveling public and should positively represent the southeastern coastal Virginia and northeastern North Carolina region.

• Open to all interested national and local operators. The workshop will outline the basics of the program and seek input from proven operators on elements that will position ORF to obtain the most desired concession operators and effective program.

• The one-day workshop will include a networking session where national operators can interact will local operators to pursue joint venturing opportunities.
