Food as Medicine: Gathering Garden Session 2

Experience the intense flavor and nutrient density of microgreens and learn how to grow your own. Each participant will plant and take home their own tray of microgreens and will learn how to incorporate microgreens into almost any meal. After planting participants will step into the kitchen and create cherry tomato and basil skewers.
