Join us for a most beautiful evening unlike any other - our Food as a Verb asado.
Cooking over open fire, Mariano and Angelina Cebrián will create a fabulous multi-course dinner of meats and vegetables served at an intentional pace around long tables at beautiful McCoy Farm and Gardens.
Asado is an Argentian tradition, so intentional - as Angelina said - that one expects "Anthony Bourdain was going to pop out."
We'll serve a opening cocktail from Chattanooga Whiskey, followed by selected red and white wines - sponsored by our friends at Imbibe - then the star of the show: a feast cooked over open flame with live music nearby.
The McCoy grounds - with trails, orchards, gardens - are gorgeous in the fall. Under the November moon and stars, we'll asado together. Join us!
