Join us for a supportive and interactive group focused on the powerful connection between nutrition and mental health. Together, we will explore how food impacts mood, energy, and brain function, with special attention to the role of gut health in overall wellbeing.Participants will engage in group discussions, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for achieving long-term wellness goals. The group will also cover simple cooking techniques, troubleshooting common challenges in the kitchen, and provide access to quick, easy, and user-friendly recipes. Our goal is to help you build a personalized, nutrition-dense “mental health toolbox” that you can use in everyday life.
This group meets in person and virtually on Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM on 2/4, 2/11, and 2/18.
