In this workshop, we'll review hormonal balance, the physiology of each phase of the menstrual cycle, and supportive holistic nutrition and lifestyle practices designed to help you feel your best all month long. You'll also have the opportunity to craft your own sample seed cycling mix and will leave the session feeling empowered to tune into and celebrate your body's beautiful hormonal rhythm!
Come ready to reflect and share (if you like), as well as participate in gentle yoga poses for each phase of the hormonal cycle.
Who this workshop is for: anyone experiencing a female hormonal cycle that would like to deepen their connection to self through cycle awareness and feel empowered to honor and celebrate menstruation. **Recommended for those 16+
What to Bring: your yoga mat, a snack, something to write with, and a cushion or pillow for comfort
