This group will run on Tuesdays in January 2025: January 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 6-7p.m.This group is tailored for parents and adults, featuring both in-person and virtual sessions through Zoom. It aims to enhance mental health through psycho-education and support, and sessions can be billed through insurance. For those who prefer direct payment, that option is also available.
Registration is currently open, with 8-10 slots available for in-person participation. Each participant will receive a binder filled with educational materials, food support handouts, delicious easy recipes, additional recipe resources, and other relevant information. Upon registration, individuals will complete a brief intake questionnaire, after which pertinent materials will be mailed to them in preparation for the group.
