About this Event
This 4 hour workshop is designed for supervisors and managers in the food and beverage industry. Participants will learn to manage and control these pivotal costs and gain tools to maximize their profitability.
Course Content:
- Identify your desired food and beverage costs
- Examine the building blocks of taking inventory
- Explore and practice recipe and menu item costing
- Examine the process around tracking spillage/wastage and promos & yield
- Examine menu item pricing, menu mix and its impact on cost of goods
