Join Galveston Historical Foundation's Mark Scibincio, Port Captain and Director of the Galveston Historic Seaport, as he shares the history of the 1877 Tall Ship ELISSA, The Official Tall Ship of Texas, and charts a course for the future of this incredible vessel.
