🌹TECHNIQUE: Master the mechanics of The Walk with precision and elegance maintaining a strong independent axis.
🌹EMBRACE: Achieve a relaxed, connected embrace free of tension to receive the leaders intention.
WORKSHOP 2: 1 hour, 4.50pm-5.50pm, £12

🌹PIVOTS: Use disassociation as the engine that drives effortless pivots.

Part 1: MELODIC ADORNOS
🌹Interpret the melody using a Tutti Frutti of RULOS.
🌹Learn how to create RULOS in different directions and heights.
Part 2: RHYTHMICAL ADORNOS
🌹Interpret the rhythmical base with a Tutti Frutti of P-ADORNOS:
🌹PUNTEOS, PIQUES, PATITOS, PATADAS
