Caregiver 101: Next Steps - putting your Circle of Care into Action.
This workshop will be two hours for family caregivers to individualize your circle of care plan. This will be a hands-on workshop.
Participants will:
1. understand the value of personal and professional resources and how to match resources to needs.
2. learn how to write an action plan by prioritizing their needs and establishing reasonable action steps.
Attendees will receive handouts. Registration required via Eventbrite.
This session is limited to 16 RSVPs via this Eventbrite registration, to allow time for one on one planning. Lunch/refreshments will be served.
