A Conducted Retreat at St Mary’s Convent
With Revd Simon Buckley
A retreat for lay people and clergy to consider how the lives they lead at home, work, at leisure and in church reflect Christ’s call to ‘follow me’. What did it mean for the first disciples to really follow Christ, and what does it mean for us individually and for the church?
This gentle retreat will seek to connect our whole selves to the call of Christ, perhaps remind us of what made us respond to that calling (however and whenever we heard it) and help us consider where Christ’s call is leading us today.
Key Information
Retreatants are asked to arrive at 3.00pm on Tuesday 9th September. The Retreat ends with lunch on Thursday 11th September with departures by 5.00pm or after Vespers.
£240 per person, including room and all meals.
