This class will inspire young writers and guide them through the process of bringing their story to life and preparing it for the stage.

This is a 6 week class that meets for one hour on both Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. It is appropriate for ages 11+* The cost is $85.
Class Meets: March 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, April 5, 6, 12, 13.

Mr. Jason Collins is a native of Sarasota, Florida. He received his B.A. in theatre and dramatic arts from Ferrum College in Ferrum, Virginia. Jason began his theatre career as a member of the children's theatre troupe: The Jack Tale Players, located at Ferrum College, in Ferrum, Virginia. Jason has performed regionally with some great theatre companies such as Troupe America in Minneapolis, Merry-Go-Round playhouse located in Auburn, New York, and Shakesperience Theatre Company in Waterbury, Connecticut. Today, Jason is proud to be a member of: The Groundling Scribes and the sketch comedy troupe Awkward Silence Jax. Jason teaches middle school theatre here in Jacksonville as well as directs for local theatre companies.
