Would you like to help coordinate Folk on the Green? We are looking for people with key skills, to work under the committee and take on some tasks throughout the year.
Do you have the skills to help with the following -
• Site & Infrastructure Manager e.g set up and break down
• Electrical Planning & Distribution
• Contacting businesses about advertising opportunities e.g
programme/banners/toilet adverts
• Scouting & booking bands
• Volunteer Recruitment
• Equipment maintenance & storage supervision
• Transport Manager & equipment movements e.g Friday and Monday loads in June
• Programme design, layout and production
• Stage Assistant Manager
• Information Point Coordinator
• Point of sale & card machine coordinator
• Also looking for someone who is fluent with adobe design
These roles will require a commitment of meetings every 2-3 weeks between January to June, plus a few hours per month.
