Throughout history our tribal ancestors would gather together as a single powerful community and through the use of ceremony and practices would do deep inner work. This inner work would help strengthen the connection they have to themselves, to nature, to their purpose, to their relationships and to spirit. Much of this work would be done through the channeling of different gods, deities and archetypes. These figures are the embodiment of the human experience and serve as a direct conduit to our highest selves. I see a lot of confusion happening in the modern world. We live in a very fast paced society with lots of distractions such as phones, social media, jobs and debts. This has been a major influence as to why people feel more lost, depressed and anxious than ever before. Too many men and women are sucked into a world that they don’t resonate with on a deep and primordial level. This retreat is there to change that.
This retreat is a step into back into time. A far away place that leaves all the stresses and burdens of the modern world at the door. This co-gender immersion is a portal into mythology and ancient customs that serve as a bridge between this physical realm and our highest selves. As a hearth we will explore 12 different Norse archetypes through the use of embodiment practices over the course of 2 days. These archetypes and embodiment practices are all connected to our sub-conscious minds and are designed to remove any blockages and process traumas that may be residing within us.

This retreat will take place on a beautiful private property in Brisbane. It will be fully catered for with wholesome organic food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The retreat space is equipped with all facilities and amenities.
