WE MEET IN THE HALL*
International folk/circle dance class led by Janet Ayers for fun and fitness.
Beginners welcome.
This easy dance class will get you moving! We dance in a circle holding hands to lovely folk tunes from around the world. The gentle exercise will improve your balance, coordination, core strength and above all it will lift your spirits!
Bring soft/dance shoes or trainers.
£8 cash on the door (or pay direct in advance)
Includes tea, coffee & posh biscuits
