Our event, Fold into Focus - incorporating Origami into Play Therapy will focus on how to add origami to enhance sessions with clients of all ages. Play therapy is a unique approach that uses play to help children and adults express themselves, explore their emotions, and build healthy relationships, this workshop will focus on how adding the art of paper folding to those sessions can foster processing more in depth by combining art and therapy!

This is a live, in-person workshop. Attendees must attend the entire workshop and will be awarded One Live Contact CE.

Objective:
1.Participants will identify appropriate populations for origami incorporation
2. Participants will compare and discuss challenges and benefits of incorporating origami
3. Participants will demonstrate ability to make 3 different types of origami
This workshop is limited to 15 attendees.
1 hour of CE provided: Delta Family Counseling is approved by the Florida Department of Health under Fl Statute 49I to offer continuing education for Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Mental Health Counselors.
