Come and run where the dinosaurs once roamed and help us raise money to preserve Government Canyon State Natural Area for future generations! This is the Friends group annual fundraiser for the Canyon and thanks to our generous sponsors your registration fee goes directly back to the natural area‼️Pick your race distance 15K (9.35 miles) in the natural areas challenging Backcountry trails, or an 8K (4.87 miles) on the more gentle Frontcountry trails. Races start at 7:30am and courses close at 11:45am.
Visit with our awesome sponsors and community partners and eat some delicious food at the picnic pavilion after the race, awards, and raffle prizes (must be present to win).
