As we go into winter I was keen to find a space where we could train indoors for when the weather typically pause with rain like it does in the UK!
The wonderful gym where I train @frazermontaguefitness I said we can use the gym as our monthly community space just for the price of a drop in £5 if you’re not a member there.
This is really exciting as this will help us grow the community and we’ll hopefully see some new faces there too to come and have a play!
