Join Wendy every Thursday at 5:30 pm this summer during our weekly Focused Flow class to bring some additional focus and awareness into a particular pose, sequence or theme each week. This series is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike to come back to the foundations of their practice, maybe shedding new light on a familiar pose, or moving through a sequence in a different way for the first time, bringing a fresh lens to your routine practice. Here is our schedule of weekly themes/poses:
June 5 - Warrior 1

June 26 - Twists (with Judy)
July 3 - Warrior 2
July 10 - CLASS BREAK- join Aurora for "Rooted and Rising" workshop from 6:30-8:30
July 17 - Warrior 3
July 24 - Heart Openers (with Judy)
July 31 - Finding center - creating a sense of stability and grounding
Aug 7 - Pigeon Pose
Aug 14 - Core strengthening
Aug 21 - Bird of Paradise
Aug 28 - Gratitude and Self-Love
