How you can set your business up for success in 2025
About this Event

You’re running as fast as you can. Your team members put in extra time. And you still can’t get everything done. Burnout and staff turnover make it even more difficult to catch up. You’re frustrated that things seem harder than they need to be. How do you get to all the things you should be doing and become the type of business you want to lead?

Start by clarifying the value you deliver and defining where you want to go. With those pieces in hand, you can strategically choose what you do and how you do it, as well as set targets that advance your organization.

This summit will cover all the components of running a strategic business from focus to impact. Seasoned business coach, Josh Vanada, and strategic facilitator, Katie Burkhart will give you the tools to conquer overwhelm, design a stronger business, and lean into your full potential.

In addition to a robust day of learning, participants can schedule a 30-minute one-on-one session with Josh or Katie.
