Each Focus session includes 3 highly productive sprints with dynamic breaks interspersed. During this experience you will be introduced to research-based techniques to improve focus, productivity, and mindfulness in your work.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring whatever you'd like to work on. We recommend bringing your favorite pen and notebook. If you'd like to get work done on a computer or tablet, be sure to bring a charging cable.
Q: What happens during a focus session?
A: It depends on your what you want to accomplish. We have participants that use each sprint to get different tasks off their to do list that they've been putting off. While others may use all three sprints for a larger project that they haven't made time for in the past, i.e. first sprint brainstorming, second sprint rough draft, third sprint finalize project.
Q: Do I have to be present for the whole three hour session?
A: We recommend that you arrive on time and you stay for the entirety of the session to get the most out of the experience. If you have to leave before the session is over, please let us know at the start of the session.
