Do you want to learn about WA’s high-tech mining and resources sector, visit operational mine sites, rub shoulders with industry professionals and learn about the role of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in the mining industry?If this sounds like the adventure you are looking for, then join us for four days as we experience what the mining industry in WA is really like. During the camp, students will tour operational mine sites, participate in hands-on workshops on campus, and meet lecturers, students, and mining industry leaders.
When: 28th September – 1st October (School Holidays)
Who: Students in Year 10, Year 11 & Year 12 who have an interest in Science or Engineering, and would like an introduction to the Mining and Resources sector
Where: Perth Metro and South-West WA
Cost: Free. All travel, meals, and accommodation are provided thanks to the sponsorship of WA’s industry sector
