Notifications K*ll focus. Shame kills momentum. Rhonda Lavoie proves it with a phones-down experiment and shows how to recover fast.
About this Event

Your phone is stealing your focus and shame is stealing your motivation. Rhonda Lavoie – a busy realtor, podcaster, mom, community supporter, and longtime friend of TOT – will expose the Notification Trap and the Shame Spiral, run a live “phones face down” experiment, and share two simple tools to help you get your brain back and bounce back faster when things go sideways.

This talk will take place in TOT Cafe's second unit loft, accessed via stairs. For any enquiries, please email [email protected].
