We’re hosting a ladies-only Galentine’s workout experience featuring a curated selection of premium partners, including David Protein, SmartSweets, and other local vendors.

We want to invite all of you ladies to not only yap, lift, and shop but to check out our facility and try our amenities. At the event we will be having a full body workout (good for all fitness levels) led by some of our amazing female trainers at FOCUS.
