Empower your child with essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment! The "Focus Energy Express" program, part of Holistic Connections, is designed for children aged 3-7 to help them develop crucial emotional regulation and self-management tools.
What Your Child Will Learn:
Improve Focus: Enhance concentration and attention skills.
Lessen Tantrums: Learn effective strategies to manage and reduce emotional outbursts.
Anger Management: Develop healthy ways to understand, express, and cope with anger.
Program Details:
Target Age: Ages 3-7
Schedule: Wednesdays, 10-11 am, October 8 - November 12 (6-week session)
Cost: $55 for the entire 6-week session
