Focus Boxing 101

• Join us for Focus Boxing 101 in Commons Park
• Revolution Training experts will challenge you with a 45 minute entertaining workout that incorporates the most effective and exciting elements of boxing
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays
• Participants can bring boxing gloves/mitts, if they have them
