We all carry tension in our bodies—through stress, posture, daily movement patterns, and life itself. Over time, this can lead to tight muscles, restricted joints, and imbalances that affect how we move and feel.
This Foam Roller Release Workshop is a guided, restorative 2-hour experience designed to help you center, soften tension, and reconnect with your body through mindful release, breath, and meditation.
You’ll experience a full-body release with a gentle, supportive approach.
What You’ll Experience
- Centering and body awareness exercises to reset alignment
- Guided foam roller release for tight muscles and joints
- Techniques to break up adhesions and improve movement patterns
- Methods to lengthen and hydrate fascia for healthier, more fluid movement
- Breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system
- A closing guided meditation to release physically, emotionally, and energetically
You’ll leave feeling centered, softer, lighter, and empowered with simple techniques you can use for your own self-care at home.

This workshop is for every body—all levels are welcome.
Perfect for anyone who feels tight, stressed, or disconnected from their body, and wants practical tools to feel better and move with ease.
Participants should be comfortable with basic floor exercises.
What to Bring
- A long foam roller (6” x 36”) if you have one
- Soft density foam rollers will be available for purchase ($60)
- A Pilates or yoga mat
- Anything that makes you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, journal, etc.)
