The Foam Rangers are having a wort share with Ovennik Brewing. Any Houston area homebrewers may participate. You do not need to be a Foam Ranger member to join us, although paid-up dues Foam Rangers will get preference.We will make approximately 120 gallons of Amber wort. All you have to do is bring your carboys, and for a small fee, you'll get 5 gallons of it! I will add you to the waiting list if you want more than that.
We're selling the wort at cost. We are awaiting final cost calculations, but it should be quite economical.
For those who want to experience the whole Brew Day, get there around 7:00 AM. For those who want to pick up wort, shoot for about 3:00 PM.
