The 8th Annual fm 106.9 the Lodge Cherry Drop™ will return in person to Sister Bay this year for an evening of celebration as Door County greets 2025! The Lodge Cherry Drop™ can be described as similar to the Times Square New Year's Ball Drop; instead of a ball, a roughly 300-pound cherry fully donned with red lights, stems, and leaves are hoisted over 150 feet above Husby’s Food & Spirits. The cherry will await the midnight countdown there as the greatest New Year's party on the peninsula transpires below! The evening’s activities begin at 10:30 p.m. as fm 106.9 the Lodge warms up the evening by playing the biggest party tunes of all time and broadcasts live from both Husby’s and The Sister Bay Bowl. The event is free to attend.
