Fly with the Flock 5K Fun RunSaturday, May 10, 2025. The run begins at 8 am!

Runners and families are invited to flock to the Ogden Nature Center for a special 50th Anniversary Year Fun Run! Enjoy a casual spring morning with a trail run (or walk) and an outdoor pancake breakfast at the Ogden Nature Center.
The Ogden Nature Center staff will be at the race, introducing live birds of prey and other native animals. McKay Dee Hospital will cater a delicious pancake breakfast with coffee by Grounds for Coffee. Awards and kid’s activities will follow the race on the back lawn of the Visitor Center.
Race Options:
• 5K Fun Run for all ages. Walkers encouraged!
• Free – Kids Dash for the littles will be held on the back lawn after the main event. Sponsored by Fleet Feet!
Walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate, but please note that only 5K runners will be eligible for awards.
Cost:
$35 adults / $20 kids 12 and under – Register by April 12
$40 adults / $25 kids 12 and under – Register April 13 – May 8th
$45 adults / $30 kids 12 and under – Day-of Registration
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to save money and guarantee your preferred T-shirt size. Pre-registration closes on Thursday, May 8th at 3:00 pm.
Every registration includes:
• A delicious pancake breakfast catered by McKay Dee Hospital
• Event t-shirt (sizing guaranteed if you pre-register by April 12th)
• Bird leg socks for the first 300 people to register!
• Swag bag!
Packet Pickup:
• Friday, May 9th at the Ogden Nature Center – Visitor Center, 11 am - 4 pm
• On race day, May 10th, at registration from 6:30 am - 7:30 am
Please dress appropriately. The Run will be held rain or shine. All proceeds will directly benefit the Ogden Nature Center.
T-Shirts:
This year, our shirts are offered in unisex sizing to ensure a more inclusive fit for everyone. In previous years, we offered a separate male and female sizing, so please note the change when selecting your size.
Tip: If you typically order a women's medium, we recommend sizing down to a small. If you usually order a men's medium, your size will stay the same.
