USCRI NC is hosting an Afghan kite flying event! Bring your folding chairs or blankets to enjoy this free event. Building on the long tradition and history of kite flying in Afghanistan, our Afghan clients have designed and built their own traditional kites.Everyone is welcome! Come and watch the kite flying competition and meet our clients and staff. We'll also have temporary henna tattooing and two food trucks, one of which will have halal options.
