Join us for an exhilarating journey into the world of drones at Fly Smart: Drone Camp! Campers will dive into the fascinating realm of aerodynamics as they learn to design, program, and pilot drones both in the physical and digital worlds. Through engaging hands-on activities and challenges, participants will develop essential skills in drone operation and programming.Our experienced instructors will guide campers through the fundamentals of drone flight, teaching them how to navigate obstacles and execute aerial maneuvers with precision. Campers will also complete their FAA TRUST recreational drone pilot training, preparing them for safe and responsible drone operation.
Grades: 6th-8th (in Fall 2024)

Bag Lunches: Participants who have enrolled for both morning and afternoon sessions on the same day are welcome to bring their own packed lunch to enjoy during the break between the camps. It is important to note that Prairie STEM is a nut-free environment, which has been established to guarantee the wellbeing of our students and faculty.
