Fly & Thai is an occasion to participate in play with other full grown children (adults) in a consciously connected manner. We will practice acroyoga flying & basing FUNdamentals as well as have space for more advanced techniques. All of this will be followed by a guided Thai Yoga session that will happen 2 times so everyone will get to practice giving & receiving. Any level of experience is welcome. Bring friends, meet new ones, build trust, have fun!
