? The unavoidable objective reality is... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
...that whatever we do, we are in movement, in transition, in transformation.
Just like all the world around us.
? In this ever changing, ever melting reality, a swirling soup in which we are also one of the ingredients, we can rest our focus on another ingredient, something that moves with us. Then we can find some stability, we can ground ourselves on the surface of this Earth that rotates at 1028 km/h in Berlin and races around the Sun at 107,000 km/h. We look in the eyes of someone or hold their hands while we share our ride on this carousel we call life, world, reality.
? Come step on this Open Floor to train your focus, to meditate while we are in movement, while we dance (sometimes wildly, sometimes subtly), rest, connect, replenish our reserves, digest, and practice taking steps towards a freer life.

⏳ Times: Sundays 19:00–21:30
? Location: Life Artists Creators Hub, Pyramid Floor (Milastraße 4, 10437 Berlin)

About Bence
• Open Floor embodied mindfulness teacher, biologist • From Budapest, Hungary • Studied economics, critical social theory, biology • PhD in Tübingen, Germany, in evolutionary ecology •
"I weave critical social theory, evolutionary biology, and an ecological perspective into our shared embodied mindfulness practice, which is usually fun and serious at the same time. With a similarly broad musical palette, I aim to give space for an exploration through movement as diverse as possible."
