The beauty of the Native American flute is accessible to all whom are called. This afternoon workshop is geared towards the beginner and will be focused on the traditional Native American style flute. We will discuss the history, traditions, folklore and energy behind playing the flute. We will practice different techniques and refinements with connecting to your flute as well as playing and harmonizing together. The afternoon will take place in the beautiful Kula room at Anuttara Yoga Shala in Fort Lauderdale.
