In this class, you’ll learn over 50 FX exercises in detail, including water modality, type of exercise, muscles worked, benefits, and suggested equipment.Course Objectives:
Know how instability training works
Explain the benefits of aqua bags
Define and differentiate the three water modalities
Pair the 6 main functional movements with the water modalities
Design your own program FX program
Include FX equipment in existing workout routines
Participants will receive:
Certificate of completion to be able to teach any FX Classes internationally
