For All Queers

Join Fluid Movement Co x HIM for a 2 hour long workshop that includes a 50 minute group circuit training class with one of our founders Chandler, followed by a 50 minute partner stretch class with our other founder Maleen (come with a friend or be paired on the day).

This workshop is all about fostering community through movement in a safe space where we can take ownership over our bodies! This workshop is for all fitness levels and all bodies. For this collaboration we will be hosting 2 workshops! One is an open invite for all our queer friends (register on this page) and for the second we kindly ask you save space for our trans folks so they may have an opportunity to enjoy what can be a vulnerable experience for some (register: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/1735567351669)
