Fluid Fridays - Conscious Dance in KalamundaDo you love to dance but don’t enjoy the pub or club culture anymore?
Perhaps you want to shake off the week that was and ‘reset’ yourself for the weekend? Or do you desire to give yourself some space to slow down and sense your inner world?
Fluid Fridays is a monthly conscious dance in Kalamunda - a space for authentic self expression through free form movement.
This space is for movers of all levels of experience, including beginners and those new to conscious dance.
With the support of a carefully woven playlist you will be gently guided to discover what lives beneath the skin and become aware of the intelligence within the body. And who knows, you might just have some fun along the way.
You are encouraged to come as you are and find expression for what is real in the moment, where you can explore and embody different aspects of your body, emotions and consciousness.
After we have moved together there will be an opportunity to connect socially with a shared meal and cups of tea. If this interests you, please select the added meal option when purchasing your ticket. Cash option available with prior arrangement.
