Aligned with the water element, winter relates to the kidneys + bladder, the body’s vital reservoirs that store and sustain our Qi (life force). Just as animals retreat and trees conserve their strength, we too are invited to slow down, and replenish ourselves in harmony with nature’s rhythm.
